1% Buyer’s Rebate Promotion:
I will rebate back 1% of the commission paid by the seller to the buyer’s agent on any transaction completed by 1/13/14 in which I represent you as a buyer’s agent. The rebate may be subject to restrictions by the buyer’s lender, and lender approval is required. The broker fee is based on the gross commission before rebate. All information provided is kept confidential and will not be sold to a third party.
To qualify for the rebate promotion, please fill out the form below. Signing up does not obligate you to use my services – it only makes you eligible to receive the rebate should you choose to use me as a buyer’s agent on a purchase.
All entries are also entered in a monthly drawing contest in which the winner receives a prize. Examples of prizes include gift cards to popular online merchants or local businesses. One entry per family. Winner will be notified via email.
